PCD Chip Breaker Inserts

Usually there are two different types chip breaker for tipped PCD inserts, one is narrow grooves with big positive angle manily for finishing processing; another is wide grooves with small positive angle for roughing processing. We integrate both together for multi application with one new design of disparity groove with positive angle which not only can be used for both finishing and roughing processing, but also can be shifted with higher cutting performance and efficiency.
